Ever wonder what it would be like to manage your own karen millen dress blog? http://www.reelia.co.uk/ Meet Heather Orr, powerhouse behind Closet Cravings and talented freelance copywriter. I asked her some questions about her experience in the blogging realm. Read on to find out more about her!
Heather: I would really like to see my website grow to be every woman's fave little must-read. I'd like it to become part of her daily routine, something she cherishes as she sips her morning coffee or her afternoon Red Bull. Sometimes it's the little things that bring us pleasure, and I hope Closet Cravings can be that little pleasure. I also have my fingers crossed that it becomes a successful, full-time gig for me.
Handbago: I see that you feature a lot of celebrity style. Is there one celebrity in particular that seems to always be fashionable, no matter what the current trend is?
Heather: I think the most challenging part of starting my site was creating my own voice and style. There are so many fashion websites, and I wanted to feel like my site had its own stylish identity. Of course, there are many other challenges. I don't think people realize how much time and effort goes into creating your own site.
We wish you the best, Heather! Keep up to date on the latest celebrinistas (celebrities + fashionistas) at Closet Cravings.
Handbago: Where/how would you like to see your website grow in the future?
Handbago: What was the most challenging part of starting your website?
Heather: I don't have a "looks for less" section for my readers. There are actually a lot of websites that do this, and I think they do it well. I prefer to focus on the actual celeb-costly fashion. Even if you can't afford it, it's nice to drool over.
Heather: I wasn't always into fashion. I went to private school, which meant drab uniforms. I am one of five girls in my family, which didn't really leave a budget for fashion must-haves. I often cringed when we had dress-down days at school. I started to obsess over fashion when a coworker at my first job introduced me to her "habit". We hated our job, and we used to come in early to work just so we could browse the latest fashion finds on our fave online boutiques together. Over time, it just became karen millen dress something that I loved.
Heather: I think Lauren Conrad's style has karen millen outlet evolved over the years from Bubblegum-Cali girl to Chic-Celebrinista. Whether it's casual or red carpet, Lauren always looks polished and ladylike. I think she's a perfect fashion example to a lot of younger girls, who think showing a lot of skin is sexy and stylish.
Handbago: We like how your site features celebrity fashion and tells readers how to get karen millen dresses online that same look. Do you feature a looks for less section as well for your readers on a budget?
Handbago: When did you first become interested in fashion editorial?
